Personal Health and Medical Record Class  1 and Class 2   (updated 7/15/2007 Class 1 - for scouts and adults <=39 years old & doctor signed.  Updated annually.  For programs not exceeding 72 hours. Class 2 - for scouts and adults <=39 years old.  Updated every 36 months.  For programs lasting longer than 72 consecutive hours. Personal Health and Medical Record Class 3  -  (updated 07/15/2007) Class 3 - Doctor signed!
